Terms of Use
Before the arrivalIf you have not given your time of arrival when making your reservation, please confirm your estimated time of arrival, along with your booking number and / or dial phone numbers, sending an e-mail at info@laresidenzadellorafo.it or call +39 055 284 622. The cost of a double room, single use, has a different price according to different seasons.
Now check-in and check-out
The time of check-in is from 12:00 to 20:00. Any other time of check-in must be agreed in advance with representatives of the B & B. We ask that you check out no later than 11:00 am with the option 'leave your luggage in our store.
Payment
You will have to pay the remainder upon arrival; methods of payment: cash, credit card or online at our requirements after the reservation.
Cancel Reservation
The reservation can be canceled within 5 days from the date of arrival without penalty. In case of cancellation after that term or in case of no-show, will be charged the first night.
Reservation changes
If you need to change your reservation, send an e-mail info@laresidenzadellorafo.it indicating the changes required. The possibility of booking changes depends on the availability of accommodation, unless they are added nights or number of guests at the original booking.
Pets
The facility does not accept pets.
Lost keys
Lost keys will incur a cost of € 10.00 per replacement.
Damage to the structure
Any damage caused by guests will be refunded upon check out.
Privacy Policy
In compliance with the provisions of Italian Law on the Protection of personal data and privacy, the B & B La Residenza goldsmith ensure that all personal information is stored in a secure database, and are used only to make your reservations, information to inform you about the status of your reservation, to communicate future promotions and activities with the aim of obtaining a quality control regarding your stay at the establishment.
How to Book
Follow the instructions on-line booking or request room availability via e-mail (info@laresidenzadellorafo.it) and mail the deposit dictated by our staff as a deposit by bank transfer, Postepay, paypal or other method at it had shipped when booking.
